Glad to see Kahun set to return after almost a month off. You can guarantee he will get a few shifts in the top 6 at some point, but the 4th line is a quick one so he will certainly be in a spot to get his feet under him tonight. |

Yes, that line instead of ZAR on it looked even better. |

Zucker-Crosby-Kahun
McCann-Malkin-Rust
Tanev-Blueger-Hornqvist
ZAR-Bjugstad-Simon
(Guentzel)
Dumolin-Letang
Pettersson-Marino
Riikola-Schultz
Even with no trades that would be a sick lineup. |

Lafferty may be better than ZAR. He hasn't had much help all year and his numbers are quite similar. Both have six goals and are +3 in 5v5. |

I'm not sure if he's better but I was wondering about seeing him in that position. He'd bring more speed to an already fast line. He has a decent shot.
He disappeared for a long stretch but started playing better when Horny joined that line. |

We are going to find out. ZAR out week to week. Here is his chance, playing with Kahun is going to be a big help. Agozzino, not so much. I suspect they will get some time with other centers. |

From the last forum. In response to Tojo.
Jordy Bellerive is a streaky player. Some games he really stands out and he will score multiple times other games he is invisible on the ice. He has a good quick shot, and has definitely improved from the beginning of the season. He does make some mistakes and isnt as solid of a 2 way player. Yet. I think next year he will improve. He actually plays well with Martinsen who seems to cause players to mishandle the puck with a big hit or two. Which will open up some space for him |

If anything it gives Sully an idea of how that line preforms without ZAR for a bit. No doubt Horny can finish better and isn't any slower - Thorny87
RW's article said it, but personally, I'd just let the Blueger line keep playing even against top lines and put together a third scoring line and use the matchup advantage. |

Thanks, I've been wondering about him. He's still really young so he has time, was just curious why he wasn't moving up but that's a good answer. Much appreciated. |

Yah, I'm pretty sure that isn't happening unless Sid is ok with out. Not to mention Kahun has been out a month. Let him get his legs back. |

I think Simon should stay with Sid and Zucker. He’s very quick, very good at getting to loose pucks and keeping them alive in the offensive zone, that’s all Crosby needs out of a winger. |

From Taylor Haase at DK sports - Jason Zucker on playing with Dominik Simon: "He's a hell of a player. He's a shifty guy, he's fast. He gets pucks back. He's really good getting his stick on pucks and getting second chance opportunities out of it, keeping the play alive."
We all want to see more production from him, but let's not discount the chemistry and how well that line works together. |

Zucker is spot on and yes, we would all like more production out of him, but he's not your typical role player. He brings top-six attributes, but unfortunately without the scoring. He does however facilitate the Pens ability to get and keep the puck in, and that can't be overlooked. |

I'll manage. lol
My personal feelings on ZAR aside, he's been a very useful player this year and with how thin the bottom six has been as a whole the last few months, losing any regulars is a blow. |

Simon has seemed to me to be shooting more. At least in the mtl and fla games as those were the last 2 I saw. He does have a decent shot on him. |

Indeed, I agree. As others have mentioned it will be interesting to see how the Tanev-Bluey tandem performs....was ZAR the glue that that binds for that line? I have my doubts. |
